There are over 150 officially registered clubs operating at Gonzaga University, covering many different areas of interest and specialties. Some clubs are focused on academics or professional goals, some are sports oriented, and others cover everything in between. Club Spotlight

Dance Marathon is a nationwide event that supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. It’s an entirely student run program that donates 100% of the funds it raises to local hospitals. Each year the Dance Marathon Executive Board fundraises, promotes, and drums up support for the cause.  Gonzaga’s Dance Marathon will be raising money for Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.

For the month of March our spotlight shines on the much deserving group of GU’s Dance Marathon! This past month they held their annual Dance Marathon after an entire year’s worth of hard work, dedication, fundraising, and a whole lot of dancing! The dedicated and extremely enthusiastic officer team put together an extremely successful fundraiser which raised a grand total of $76,592.98!!! This well exceeded their original goal of $62,000.

We wanted to give Dance Marathon a special shout out for all of their hard work and dedication. Fulfilling the ideal of servant leadership and the Gonzaga/Jesuit mission of being men and women for others, the Executive Board of Dance Marathon and all of the many volunteers that helped make the event a success, are why we GSBA is proud to support our student organizations. Good work GUDM! Keep on dancing, Zags! #FTK
