There are over 100 officially registered clubs operating at Gonzaga University, covering many different areas of interest and specialties. Some clubs are focused on academics or professional goals, some are sports oriented, and others cover everything in between. Chances are, if you have an interest or activity you love, there is a club that will be a great fit for you. Check out our Club Management website, Zagtivities, by clicking the logo below:
If by chance you find that we don’t yet have the perfect club for you, we welcome applications for new clubs to join the Gonzaga community. To apply to start a club, we recommend that you first stop by and speak with our friendly staff in the GSBA or Student Activities offices. You can visit them in person or over the phone using the information below. If you prefer to contact us electronically, you can email the Director of Clubs and Organizations at email@example.com.
Gonzaga’s Black Student Union (BSU) is November/December’s Club Spotlight. With 25 rostered members, BSU has successfully put on several events and completed an awesome service project this semester. From fostering and hosting discussions on topics such as, executive action, immigration reform, first generation students, and cultural appropriations, BSU continues to host events that expand the horizons of GU students and shed light on relevant issues.
BSU also recently completed their club’s service project where they went to Restoration Church and helped them prepare for their annual Thanksgiving feed by cleaning and putting up flyers. Restoration Church’s annual Thanksgiving feed provides a needed warm meal for the lower income families in the congregation and the surrounding neighborhood.
Thank you, BSU for your contributions to our GU community as well as your service to the greater Spokane community. Keep up the great work!
